Would can you change the fiscal year-end for your small business recommend to any business who needs support 24/7. They even helped me fix my syncing issues on Thanksgiving day! The only issue is when you do an exchange on the same invoice in shopify, they do not transfer the exchange and it need to be manually done in quickbook. Rod was incredibly helpful in resolving our syncing issue between Shopify and QuickBooks. Really appreciate the fast and effective assistance, thank you!
Webgility x QuickBooks Desktop
At the end, they stuck us coronavirus stimulus checks for $680 and we were never able to import any transactions into quickbooks online. We also spend an additional $200 with webgility to take care of the entire setup. They are constantly moving customers from webgility because their software does not work. Highly recommend using this app to save a ton of time/headache as well as avoid any errors in reporting. The smooth onboarding process and effective customer support, which assists with system setup and issue resolution, are also highlighted.

Terrible – no customer service, does not work, need to find an alternative sync- I’ve begged for service Our new B2B workflows includes features like customer & class sync, draft orders, PO numbers & bi-directional payment & payment terms sync. After just 1 day, I upgraded my plan as I have nothing but high expectations for this app. After too much time spent with another app, I signed up for the free trial of MyWorks Sync.
